Welcome to the Online Accommodation System
Are you interested in applying for accommodation in our Halls of Residence? You can preview your accommodation band options, register for an account and submit an application and track the progress of your application below.

To create an account, you’ll need your Royal Holloway student ID number (10*******), you can find this on your offer letter/email.

New student accommodation for entry from September 2021
The application window for new students joining Royal Holloway in 2021/22, or for students starting a new programme at a different level (e.g. beginning a postgraduate course having completed an undergraduate programme at Royal Holloway), opened April 2021. Late applications are accepted, however these will be placed onto a waiting list for rooms to become available.
Moving into halls in September 2021
We will be operating an extended arrivals period for undergraduate students from Wednesday 15 September to Sunday 19 September. The postgraduate student arrivals period will run from Friday 17 September to Sunday 19 September. You will be able to see availability and book your arrival slot when completing the Induction and Arrivals Modules: these Modules opened on 1 September 2021. Problems with registration or submitting your application for accommodation?
If you've never used the Online Accommodation System you'll need to register for an account before you can submit an application. If you have registered with the Online Accommodation System before you will need to login using the same username you've used previously. If you're unable to make the accommodation prepayment required to accept your offer, please try using a private browsing window or an alternative browser. If you are still unable to make the prepayment after following these steps, please contact us.
