Welcome to the Online Accommodation System
Are you interested in applying for accommodation in our Halls of Residence? You can preview your accommodation band options, register for an account and submit an application and track the progress of your application below.

To create an account, you’ll need your Royal Holloway student ID number (10*******), you can find this on your offer letter/email.

Applying for accommodation via clearing?
Please note, it can take up to 12 hours after your place at Royal Holloway has been confirmed before your accommodation profile becomes active and you're able to register and apply for halls of residence.
Moving into Halls in September 2022
The arrivals period for students moving into Halls will run from Friday 16 to Sunday 18 September 2022. You will be able to see availability and book your arrival slot to move in to your Halls as part of completing the Induction and Arrivals modules on the Online Accommodation System from Monday 5 September. We will be in touch to let you know when these modules are available. In the meantime, please take a look at our webpages for more information on moving into Halls.
Problems with registration or submitting your application for accommodation?
If you've never used the Online Accommodation System you'll need to register for an account before you can submit an application. If you have registered with the Online Accommodation System before you will need to login using the same username you've used previously. Should you have any trouble registering or submitting an application through the Online Accommodation System, take a look at the registration and application guide!
After receiving an offer of accommodation, you will need to make a £300 prepayment in order to accept the offer that has been made to you. If you're unable to make the accommodation prepayment required to accept your offer, please try using a private browsing window or an alternative browser. If you are still unable to make the prepayment after following these steps, please contact us.
