To create an account, you’ll need your Royal Holloway student ID number (10*******), you can find this on your offer letter/email.

New student accommodation for entry from September 2022
If you're a new student who has selected Royal Holloway as your first choice for a full-time course and have accepted your place, you can apply for accommodation from 10am on Thursday 7 April 2022. Please see our allocation policy for full details on applying for accommodation.
Continuing student accommodation for 2022/23
If you’re a student continuing your studies at Royal Holloway in September 2022, the application window opens at 10am on Thursday 10 February 2022. For the 2022/23 academic year there will be limited availability in Halls of Residence for continuing students. If you were a new Undergraduate student in September 2021 and you interrupted your studies in the first term of the 2021/22 academic year and are due to return in September 2022, you will be able to apply for accommodation as a new student when the application window opens at 10am on Thursday 7 April 2022.
Problems with registration or submitting your application for accommodation?
If you've never used the Online Accommodation System you'll need to register for an account before you can submit an application. If you have registered with the Online Accommodation System before you will need to login using the same username you've used previously. After receiving an offer of accommodation, you will need to make a £300 prepayment in order to accept the offer that has been made to you. If you're unable to make the accommodation prepayment required to accept your offer, please try using a private browsing window or an alternative browser. If you are still unable to make the prepayment after following these steps, please contact us.
